Free Service Period: Coniax is committed to providing our Services to users for free for a period of three (3) years from the date of account creation or commencement of service use (“Free Service Period”). During this Free Service Period, you can enjoy the benefits of our Services without incurring any subscription fees.
10.2. Future Subscription Plans: After the Free Service Period, Coniax reserves the right to introduce subscription or fee-based plans for certain features or extended service access. We will notify users of any upcoming changes to our pricing and subscription plans well in advance, and you will have the option to choose whether to subscribe or continue using the basic, no-cost features of our Services.
10.3. Your Choice: You have the freedom to decide whether to subscribe to our paid plans or continue using our free features. By continuing to use our Services beyond the Free Service Period, you acknowledge and agree to any subscription fees or terms introduced by Coniax.
By incorporating this section into your User Agreement, you provide transparency to users about your commitment to offering free service for a defined period and your intention to potentially introduce subscription plans in the future. It’s important to clearly communicate any changes to your users and offer them the choice to decide whether to continue using your service under the new terms.
